Tom\u00e1\u0161e Sl\u00e1nsk\u00e9ho spole\u010dn\u011b relaxovali. V&nbsp;\u00favodn\u00edm kruhu jsme sd\u00edleli sv\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti o&nbsp;relaxa\u010dn\u00edch technik\u00e1ch, z&nbsp;\u010deho\u017e vyplynulo, \u017ee zhruba polovina \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f semin\u00e1\u0159e ji\u017e jak\u00e9si pov\u011bdom\u00ed o&nbsp;relaxaci m\u00e1, a&nbsp;to d\u00edky j\u00f3ze. A&nbsp;co je smyslem relaxace? Abychom byli v\u00fdkonn\u00ed, mus\u00edme b\u00fdt zrelaxovan\u00ed! Proto je vhodn\u00e9 za\u0159azovat r\u016fzn\u00e9 relaxa\u010dn\u00ed techniky i&nbsp;do pr\u00e1ce s&nbsp;d\u011btmi \u010di&nbsp;se jejich prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm pokusit o&nbsp;vlastn\u00ed uvoln\u011bn\u00ed. <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"6087v-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"6087v-0-0\"><span data-text=\"true\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Na za\u010d\u00e1tku semin\u00e1\u0159e jsme si tud\u00ed\u017e\u00a0vyzkou\u0161eli pohybov\u00e9 relaxa\u010dn\u00ed techniky vhodn\u00e9 pro d\u011bti &#8211; nap\u0159.&nbsp;kyvadlo, spont\u00e1nn\u00ed aktivitu \u010di&nbsp;hru na loutku. D\u00edky posledn\u00ed aktivit\u011b jsme m\u011bli mo\u017enost uvolnit svalov\u00e9 tenze, o&nbsp;kter\u00fdch jsme ani nev\u011bd\u011bli, co\u017e je pro t\u011blo velmi prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9. Od pohybov\u00fdch aktivit jsme pak p\u0159e\u0161li k&nbsp;relaxac\u00edm zam\u011b\u0159en\u00fdm na d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e9 lze praktikovat v&nbsp;r\u016fzn\u00fdch pozic\u00edch (v&nbsp;sedu, vle\u017ee&#8230;).
