Spole\u010dn\u011b jsme se se\u0161ly na z\u00e1\u017eitkov\u00e9m kurzu zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9m na vlastn\u00ed pro\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed s\u00a0c\u00edlem nau\u010dit se techniky, kter\u00e9 pom\u00e1haj\u00ed se sn\u00ed\u017een\u00edm stresu a&nbsp;nap\u011bt\u00ed. Vn\u00edm\u00e1me toti\u017e, \u017ee zejm\u00e9na u\u010ditelsk\u00e1 profese je kv\u016fli covidov\u00fdm opat\u0159en\u00edm dopadaj\u00edc\u00edm na \u0161kolu i&nbsp;na jejich vlastn\u00ed rodiny stresem a&nbsp;n\u00e1sledn\u011b i&nbsp;syndromem vyho\u0159en\u00ed v\u00fdrazn\u011b ohro\u017eena. Proto bylo domluven\u00e9 toto setk\u00e1n\u00ed s\u00a0psycholo\u017ekou a&nbsp;rodinnou terapeutkou Mgr. Pot\u00e9 lektorka zm\u00ednila sv\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti s\u00a0relaxa\u010dn\u00edmi technikami, jich\u017e je cel\u00e1 \u0159ada. Sama zavedla relaxace na Gymn\u00e1ziu Mnichovo Hradi\u0161t\u011b, kde p\u016fsob\u00ed jako \u0161koln\u00ed psycholo\u017eka, pro \u017e\u00e1ky z\u00a0maturuj\u00edc\u00edch ro\u010dn\u00edk\u016f. Zm\u00ednila nutnost sebep\u00e9\u010de, nebo\u0165 si v\u00a0sob\u011b v\u0161ichni st\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1me \u0159adu probl\u00e9m\u016f: s\u00a0nastupuj\u00edc\u00edm jarem jsme \u010dekali uvoln\u011bn\u00ed situace, ale p\u0159i\u0161la v\u00e1lka na Ukrajin\u011b. V\u00a0t\u00e9to dob\u011b je v\u00edc ne\u017e nutn\u00e9 myslet na sebe (a&nbsp;nemus\u00ed se jednat o&nbsp;hodiny, ale sta\u010d\u00ed i&nbsp;p\u00e1r minut, v\u00a0nich\u017e je skv\u011bl\u00e9 si lehnout a&nbsp;zcela \u201evypnout\u201c). V\u00a0krizi bychom se m\u011bli zam\u011b\u0159it na sv\u00e9 t\u011blo, co\u017e je mo\u017en\u00e9 jednak aktivn\u011b (sport, zahrada\u2026), jednak formou relaxace.<\/p>\n<p>Vyzkou\u0161eli jsme si r\u016fzn\u00e9 druhy relaxac\u00ed. V\u00a0\u00favodu jsme se zam\u011b\u0159ily na dech, pak na mas\u00e1\u017e hlavy, mas\u00e1\u017e prst\u016f. Vyzkou\u0161ely jsme si i&nbsp;\u010dtvercov\u00fd dech, kter\u00fd je skv\u011bl\u00fd na odveden\u00ed pozornosti (u&nbsp;l\u00e9ka\u0159e, p\u0159ed zkou\u0161kou\u2026). P\u0159\u00edtomn\u00e9 d\u00e1my asi nejv\u00edce zaujal horizont\u00e1ln\u00ed grounding, p\u0159i&nbsp;kter\u00e9m je ide\u00e1ln\u00ed si 1\u20132x denn\u011b na cca 10-20 minut lehnout, bez o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, v\u011bdom\u00e9ho d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed. Toto v\u011bdom\u00e9 vypnut\u00ed (kdy \u0159\u00edzen\u011b zkolabujeme) je vynikaj\u00edc\u00ed pro pos\u00edlen\u00ed obranyschopnosti t\u011bla.<\/p>\n<p>Lektorka t\u00e9\u017e p\u0159edstavila \u0159adu relaxa\u010dn\u00edch p\u0159edm\u011bt\u016f, kter\u00e9 je mo\u017en\u00e9 p\u0159i&nbsp;relaxac\u00edch vyu\u017e\u00edt (nap\u0159.&nbsp;p\u0159i&nbsp;tenzi je dobr\u00e9 sm\u011b\u0159ovat energii v\u011bdom\u011b, nap\u0159.&nbsp;ma\u010dkat bal\u00f3nky nebo 2x vyb\u011bhnout schody, tla\u010dit proti zdi\u2026).<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-12103 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/map-mh.cz\/map4\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/20220324_180422.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"765\" height=\"430\" srcset=\"https:\/\/map-mh.cz\/map4\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/20220324_180422.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/map-mh.cz\/map4\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/20220324_180422-500x281.jpg 500w, https:\/\/map-mh.cz\/map4\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/20220324_180422-768x432.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 765px) 100vw, 765px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0z\u00e1v\u011bru setk\u00e1n\u00ed jsme si je\u0161t\u011b vyzkou\u0161ely progresivn\u00ed Jacobsonovu svalovou relaxaci, lektorka sl\u00edbila poslat e-mailem t\u00e9\u017e \u0160ulc\u016fv autogenn\u00ed tr\u00e9nink (pomalej\u0161\u00ed, vhodn\u00fd p\u0159ed span\u00edm).<\/p>\n<p>Definitivn\u00ed te\u010dkou za setk\u00e1n\u00edm pak byl \u00favod do pozitivn\u00ed psychologie (sebesoucit) \u2013 pokud chceme b\u00fdt v\u00a0dobr\u00e9m se sv\u011btem, mus\u00edme b\u00fdt v\u00a0dobr\u00e9m sami se sebou, d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je tedy sebep\u0159ijet\u00ed. Ide\u00e1ln\u00ed je prov\u00e1d\u011bt r\u00e1no, odstartujeme t\u00edm den, pop\u0159ejeme si p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fd den, obr\u00e1t\u00edme se sami do sebe (\u201eA\u0165 je mi dob\u0159e. A\u0165 jsem zdrav\u00fd.
